ARLEAP responds to critical incidents across a broad range of circumstances and is not limited to any one agency, department, or region. Our professional peer team has answered the call throughout the state of Arkansas—from the rice fields of Southern Arkansas to the Ozark Mountains of Northern Arkansas, and communities everywhere in between. Wherever support is needed, ARLEAP is committed to responding.
The Peer-Centered Incident Support (PCIS) model serves as an excellent follow-up to Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) debriefings; however, participation in a debriefing is not required to attend or benefit from peer support services.
If your agency or department is interested in utilizing ARLEAP for a debriefing or peer support response, please send us an email from the "Contact Us" page of this website. A member of our peer team will follow up to discuss the situation, answer questions, and coordinate an appropriate response.
